Take Photos and Set Mini Goals...7 Secret To Lose Weight In the Fastest and Easiest Way Possible
You've probably been thinking about losing weight for a while and hopefully with the help
There is so much out there that is
With so many different weight loss programs on the market, and weight loss products, it can be difficult some time deciding where to start and which one might be the best for you and the lifestyle that you prefer to lead.
In addition to that, you need to look at a program that is easy for you to start and maintain and one that will ensure that you get the results that you require in the fastest and easiest way possible.
As your weight is crucial to your long-term health and enjoyment in
One of the biggest problems that most people have with any weight loss program is when it becomes too difficult for them to maintain.

This unfortunately leads to failure for many
It is my belief that the easier it
1. Set Short Term Goals
No matter what you do in life you will always get better results if you set some goals and the same applies
By setting goals you have something to aim for and by giving your weight-loss program purpose you will be more likely to realize your desired weight.
One thing you do have to be careful of
You can set a long-term
As you achieve these intermediate goals along the way that will drive you more towards your long-term goal and as you see the small amounts of weight coming off and the improvements that it will bring with it you will not only visualize yourself being at an optimum weight but you will also begin to believe that it is something that you can finally achieve.
When we talk about these intermediate
By weighing yourself every day the daily fluctuations could show that your weight hasn't changed from one day to the next or in
This can be quite disheartening whereas if you don't weigh yourself for a two-week period and you have been sticking to some form of weight-loss program no matter how small that might be you will generally see some results that will be encouraging.
2. Know Your Requirement
To get the maximum benefit from any weight loss
The only way that you can determine exactly what you require is to look at all aspects of your lifestyle, from the food you eat, to the exercise that you do on a regular basis.
You also need to take into account your working environment and how this will affect your ability to manage a weight loss program and whether your job is also affecting the fact that you are overweight.
3. Make Small Adjustments
One of the problems that face people who are on a diet is the fact that they are constantly thinking about food. It is on their mind all the time because they are on a diet.
They talk about it to others, they tell everyone they are on a diet and food becomes the main focus of their thoughts throughout the day.
Does this sound like you?
When you start a diet the first thing you have to start dealing with in most cases is hunger and that is something that is too hard for most people to endure and for this reason most diets fail.
The outcome for most people after having to endure this period of hardship is to get back onto the 'eating too much' bandwagon and pile the weight back on that has been lost on the diet, albeit at a far faster rate.
So that weight that you might have struggled to lose over a period of months will go back on in
You should think more in terms of making small adjustments to your lifestyle as this is a better alternative than to think you are on a 'diet'.
For many people 'dieting' is rejected in their minds eye as being something unpleasant that is hard to endure.
Improving your nutrition and fitness is not nearly as difficult to maintain as 'dieting'
Focus on lifestyle changes rather than a reduction in food and you won't feel like you are having to give something up that you probably enjoy.
4. Eat The Right Food
If there's one thing that you need to understand it's the fact that changing your diet to a better, more balanced one that will help you to lose weight and eventually live longer doesn't have to be a struggle.
It takes most people years to get to the stage of being obese, and even to the stage where they are just carrying a little too much body weight so you can't expect to reverse any long term habits overnight.
Even making a few small changes to your diet can have a dramatic effect on your weight when viewed over a longer period of time.
Just the reduction of a 100 or so calories a day will amount to a very large reduction in calories over the term of one year and that will also amount to a sizeable decrease in body fat.
This can be done by simply removing a small portion of the amount of food you consume with each meal.
If you find that this is causing more than normal
5. Face Your Feelings
It's true that people are overweight because they eat more than their bodies need
However, the reason that we do this, is often emotional.
As we all know, eating has a sedative effect. The blood sugar is raised, serotonin production goes up and we feel happier and more peaceful after a meal or after a carbohydrate snack.
We are not even aware of the feelings, because we automatically reach for the cookie jar before the feelings have a chance to come to the surface.
How often do you find yourself eating due to the particular emotional state of mind that you are in?
It is common for people to eat when they are feeling sad, depressed, lonely, happy and so on, as all these emotions can trigger the desire for food.
So next time that you feel an 'uncontrollable' urge to grab something sweet or starchy, take a moment to look at what is really going on. Probably something just happened that set up an emotional reaction for you. Did someone say something that might have made you angry (even if you are not aware of feeling angry)? Did something you heard or saw remind you of a sad event in your life?
It may feel very uncomfortable to let your feelings come to the surface in this way. You may have been stuffing them down with food since childhood. Keep trying, and eventually you will be able to handle them.
If we learn to live with the natural emotions that arise in our lives, we can stop using food as a sedative and lose our excess weight.
6. Supplements Can Get You There Faster
It is not surprising to learn that one of the most popular ways of losing weight these days is with weight loss pills.
Weight-loss pills can be highly effective when the right is combined with eating right and many people have quite outstanding results in a relatively short time when they have found a solution that has worked for them.
All things being equal, the person who uses supplements, provided they are the proven ones, will achieve more success a lot sooner with any weight loss program than another who tries to reach their goals without the added support that good supplements can bring.
You don't need to go overboard as it is easy to spend a lot of money on supplements.
7. Stay Consistent:
You don't get a set of ripped
Setting a routine and sticking to it
Even if all you do is to take a half hour walk, try to do it at a certain point in your day.
Keeping a record of your exercise will help to keep you on track. If you walk, get a pedometer and write down how far you walk each day. If you work out, write down how many
Don't forget to include other forms of exercise such as walking the stairs. Stairs are a great piece of fitness equipment that we all have free access to, either in the house, in the apartment block or at work.
By following proven weight loss and eating methods you will know that over the long term and with only a reasonable amount of effort and consistency you will be able to shed those extra pounds and keep them off for good whereas these fad diets that promise everything generally deliver nothing except a hole in your bank account.

My Suicide Attempt Was My Weight Loss Wake Up Call
I’M Kayla. I believe that anyone can achieve the body of his or her dreams, and I want to share, how I transformed from fat to fit.
I’ve been trying to lose weight for up to a decade now and have tried just about every type of workout program, diet regimen, and supplement you can imagine. While I don’t know everything, I know what works for me and what doesn’t.
Like most of you, I hated my body and was depressed. I turned to fitness gurus for help, which had me spending a couple of hours in the gym every day and wasting hundreds of dollars on worthless supplements each month, only to make mediocre gains.
I don't think I realized how much I disliked my body and myself during my teens until the weight loss, I think I literally shut myself from the world for the majority of my teenage years.

I knew that I was smart I graduatedwith 3.8 at NYU, but found it hard to get a job that I loved. All my friends were enjoying the good life, achieving things. It felt like everybody was doing
well , travelling the world & getting married except me.
My Dad committed suicide when I was 15, so I didn’t get enough life lessons that a lot of kids get from their dads. My Mom was never around.
I was unhappy about my life and childhood. I hated my life, my body, my job... Everything about my life. I hated it! I tried killing myself by taking a lot of aspirin and codeine...
I drank myself intoblack out . I was miserable.
(If you just want to skip my story and see one of the secrets I used to lose 55lbs in 5 months Click Here)
Fast forward 18 months and here I am now.
I have energy
I havedrive
I have clarity to reach my potential :)
It really is like getting a new path of life, I'm a different person.
Imagine being with your friends at the bar & being the absolute center of attraction.
I regained my confidence...and the best part I achieved a beautiful and youthful look everyone admires I no longer felt I needed to beg to be loved, wanted, noticed or treated nice .
Finally, I have friends and a social life that I always thought I deserved, but was too scared to go after… Life is great I even have a better job now that I’ve built up so much more confidence…
.
My weight remained stuck for years, and I didn’t haveenergy or drive. I had no idea why I was unmotivated to reach to my potentials.
It was when I stopped drinking that I saw the light and I had some good friends that helped & guided me out of that black hole... This was my wake up call.
And that is what I want to do for you guys
I was checking out weight loss stories onYoutube for motivation when I saw a review of phen375 and how it helped her lose 27 pounds in 5 weeks.
She stood by this product faithfully (phen375) and I felt I needed to try it after seeing her before and after pictures. Shereally look amazing!
I figured what do I have to lose, worst casescenario it didn’t work and I only lost $50.00 best case… I lose my ugly fat!
My first impression when I checked their official site was that they didn't make unrealistic promises about losing 10pounds in 3 days.
I received the bottle about one week after I ordered. It didn’t really seem any different than the other weight loss pills I had tried. I mean it tasted a little better, but that was the only difference.
FastForward One Week:
I didn't lose pounds
I had less cravings and a boost in my energy.
I was feeling less bloated during period too.
FastForward One More Week:
I took the supplement 20 minutes before my biggest meal of the day at 3.pm & last meal at 9.pm.
I didn't change my diet b ut ate less than what I used to eat.
I took a glass of water every hour to stay hydrated
I couldn’t believe it my weight dropped. I was 5 pounds less, something I had worked towards FOR YEARS TRYING TO GET RID OFF.
FastForward One Month:
I had enough energy to walk for 30 minutes every day. I lost another 22 pounds.
I noticed some definition on my jaw line and gradually losing my big belly.
I noticed I could pull some of my oldpants up to my waist, but could not button them which was impossible before.
I'm the happiest I've been in my entire life
5 months Later: I weighed 55 pounds less withouthaving my life revolve around it—no long hours in the gym, no starving myself, and no grueling cardio that turns my stomach. Without prepping meals & counting calories.
I have lost a total of 80 pounds in 11 months by reducing portion size, 30 minutes walk every other day & phen375.
Now, Your Turn:
Losing weight is never easy, but the most important thing is to set goals that are achievable. Focus more on the journey than the destination.
Trying to lose 30-50 pounds can be overwhelming if you don't have short mini goals.
So stop picturing what you’re going to look like a year from now (you’ll get there eventually!) — and start imagining how much better you’ll feel when you lose your first 5 pounds. It's about figuring where you want to be next week, not in 6 months.
