My Suicide Attempt Was My Weight Loss Wake Up Call

I’M Kayla. I believe that anyone can achieve the body of his or her dreams, and I want to share, how I transformed from fat to fit. 

I’ve been trying to lose weight for up to a decade now and have tried just about every type of workout program, diet regimen, and supplement you can imagine. While I don’t know everything, I know what works  for me and what doesn’t.

 Like most of you, I hated my body and was depressed. I turned to fitness gurus for help, which had me spending a couple of hours in the gym every day and wasting hundreds of dollars on worthless supplements each month, only to make mediocre gains.

I don't think I realized how much I disliked my body and myself during my teens until the weight loss, I think I literally shut myself from the world for the majority of my teenage years.

I knew that I was smart I graduated with 3.8 at NYU, but found it hard to get a job that I loved. All my friends were enjoying the good life, achieving things. It felt like everybody was doing 
well, travelling the world & getting married except me.


My Dad committed suicide when I was 15, so I didn’t get enough life lessons that a lot of kids get from their dads.My Mom was never around.

I was unhappy about my life and childhood. I hated my life, my body, my job... Everything about my life. I hated it! I tried killing myself by taking a lot of aspirin and codeine...

I drank myself into black out. I was miserable.

Fast forward 18 months and here I am now.

I have energy

I have drive

I have clarity to reach my potential :)


It really is like getting a new path of life, I'm a different person.

Imagine being with your friends at the bar & being the absolute center of attraction.

 I regained my confidence... and the best part I achieved a beautiful and youthful look everyone admires I no longer felt I needed to beg to be loved, wanted, noticed or treated nice.

Finally, I have friends and a social life that I always thought I deserved, but was too scared to go after… Life is great I even have a better job now that I’ve built up so much more confidence…


Back To My Story





My weight remained stuck for years, and I didn’t have energy or drive. I had no idea why I was unmotivated to reach to my potentials.


It was when I stopped drinking that I saw the light and I had some good friends that helped & guided me out of that black hole... This was my wake up call.

 And that is what I want to do for you guys

I was checking out weight loss stories on Youtube for motivation when I saw a review of phen375 and how it helped her lose 27 pounds in 5 weeks.

 She stood by this product faithfully (phen375) and I felt I needed to try it after seeing her before and after pictures. She really look amazing!

I received the bottle about one week after I ordered. It didn’t really seem any different than the other weight loss pills I had tried. I mean it tasted a little better, but that was the only difference.

Fast Forward One Week:

I didn't lose pounds
I had less cravings and a boost in my energy. 
I was feeling less bloated during period too.

Fast Forward One More Week:

I took the supplement  20 minutes before my biggest meal  of the day at 3. pm & last meal at 9.pm.

 I didn't change my diet but ate less than what I used to eat.

I took a glass of water every hour to stay hydrated

I couldn’t believe it my weight dropped. I was 5 pounds less, something I had worked towards FOR YEARS TRYING TO GET RID OFF.







Fast Forward One Month:

I had enough energy to walk for 30 minutes every day. I lost another 22 pounds. 
I noticed some definition on my jaw line and gradually losing my big belly. 

I noticed I could pull some of my old pants up to my waist, but could not button them which was impossible before.

I'm the happiest I've been in my entire life

5 months Later:  I weighed 55 pounds less without having my life revolve around it—no long hours in the gym, no starving myself, and no grueling cardio that turns my stomach. Without prepping meals & counting calories.

I have lost a total of 80 pounds in 11 months by reducing portion size, 30 minutes walk every other day & phen375.

Now, Your Turn:

Losing weight is never easy, but the most important thing is to set  goals that are achievable. Focus more on the journey than the destination.

Trying to lose 30-50 pounds can be overwhelming if you don't have short mini goals.

So stop picturing what you’re going to look like a year from now (you’ll get there eventually!) — and start imagining how much better you’ll feel when you lose your first 5 pounds. It's about figuring where you want to be next week, not in 6 months.
